Cumulus Coffee

Yes, Cumulus offers a decaf coffee capsule that is sourced from Colombia and decaffeinated using the sugarcane process. This medium roast is impossibly flavorful and complex for a decaf coffee, allowing you to enjoy premium cold brew any time of day (or night) without compromising on taste and without over-caffeinating. Like our other capsules, the decaf capsule also brews cold brew, nitro cold brew, and cold-pressed espresso—your choice.

Shipping + Warranty + Refunds

Cumulus offers a 2 year warranty on all device purchases and a 3 year extended warranty on all registered device purchases. The warranty period begins on the date of the purchase. For units purchased during a pre-order window, the warranty period will begin on the shipment date of the Cumulus machine. During the warranty period, Cumulus will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner.

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an additional shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You’ll receive a final email upon delivery of your order. If you have any additional questions regarding the status of your order, please reach out to us at support@cumuluscoffee.com

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to update. We use major shipping carriers, like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive within five business days but may take longer during the holidays or in severe weather conditions.

If, for any reason, you find that your Cumulus Cold Brew machine does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery during which you may request a return. We will process your return request and issue a full refund upon receipt of your return order at our warehouse. To initiate the return process, please reach out to our team at support@cumuluscoffee.com, and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as well as a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Returns without a valid RMA number may result in a delayed refund or may be refused entirely. We kindly request that you retain all of the original packaging to ensure the safe return of your Cumulus machine. Proper packaging is essential to prevent any potential damage during the return transit. Using packaging materials other than the ones originally provided may lead to the risk of damage for which you would be responsible.

During the pre-order period, cancellations will be processed up until the point your order has shipped.
